HSM Mart ships to customers across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Please review the details below before placing your order.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to all major cities and regions in Saudi Arabia, including Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Mecca, Medina, Khobar, and Taif. If your area isn’t covered, our courier partner will contact you to arrange the nearest pickup point.
Shipping Rates
- Standard shipping: SAR 250 per order
- Free shipping on orders over SAR 5,000
Exact shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Delivery Times
As an international order fulfilled from our partner warehouse, please allow 7–15 business days for your order to arrive after it is confirmed. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of confirmation. During sales or peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Customs & Import
All shipments to Saudi Arabia are sent in compliance with Saudi customs regulations. In the rare case of customs delays, our support team will keep you updated.
