Do you deliver across Saudi Arabia?

Yes. We deliver to all major cities in the Kingdom including Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Mecca, and Medina.

How long does delivery take?

Since orders are fulfilled internationally, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days. You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order ships.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Direct Bank Transfer. Online card payments (Mada, Visa, Mastercard) are coming soon.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is SAR 250. Orders over SAR 5,000 qualify for free shipping.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original packaging. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress to your door.
