All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Please note that we do not ship or deliver packages on weekends or public holidays. In the event of a high volume of orders, processing may take an extra day or two, but we will notify you immediately if there is a significant delay.

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed clearly at checkout.

• Standard Delivery: Typically takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your location.
• Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package’s journey in real-time.

Delivery Timelines & Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery dates, please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. * External Factors: HSM Mart is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, extreme weather, natural disasters, or high-volume holiday seasons.

• No Liability for Delays: Once a package leaves our facility, the actual delivery time is out of our direct control. We are not liable for any losses, costs, or damages resulting from a late delivery.
• Communication: If your shipment is significantly delayed (more than 10 business days past the estimate), please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to locate your package.

Important Notes

• Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. HSM Mart is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
• Damaged Items: While we pack every order with care, HSM Mart is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please save the packaging and contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
